Job Descriptions for the Technical Supervision Unit
  1. Inspecting affiliated pharmacies periodically
  2. Assessing affiliated pharmacies
  3. Submitting violation cases associated with pharmacies to the University’s Article 11 Commission
  4. Examining unauthorized and smuggled items discovered by the Law Enforcement Force (police) of Iran and providing expert reports
  5. Dispatching experts to locations where unauthorized pharmaceutical and cosmetic items are produced, distributed and supplied, in case of receiving reports or inquiry to this effect
  6. Inspecting and visiting medicinal herb stores, sports supplement stores, etc. accompanied by police forces
  7. Submitting violation cases related to unauthorized medicinal herb stores, shops, etc. to the public prosecutor's office
  8. Receiving relevant complaints against pharmacies or unauthorized centers via phone, in person or in writing
  9. Handling all complaints until achieving results
  10. Submitting cases approved by the Article 11 Commission to the Suspending Organization of Iran
  11. Examining alcohol storage and use locations for alcohol-requesting centers
  12. Issuing invoices for alcohol-requesting centers upon approval
  13. Designing a sketch plan for the desired pharmacy
  14. Submitting final approvals of pharmacy sketch plans approved by the Iranian Association of Pharmacists
  15. Investigating the requests of pharmacies for Ritalin tablets
  16. Monitoring the performance of Ritalin-distributing pharmacies
  17. Reviewing requests and announcing the name of selected pharmacies
  18. Communicating relevant circulars, drug recalls, etc. to pharmacies through the Vice-Chancellor’s Office’s website
  19. Monitoring the distribution of powdered milk by recipient pharmacies
  20. Receiving powdered milk coupons from pharmacies for disposal
  21. Submitting complaint cases associated with wrong drug delivery to Iran Medical Council
  22. Monitoring the performance of personnel working in networks and training new recruits
  23. Submitting relevant cases (e.g. relocation sketch plans, violation status change, shutting down pharmacies, etc.) to the Article 20 Commission
  24. Monitoring supermarkets supplying unauthorized drugs accompanied by experts from the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Health
