Job Descriptions:
  1. The Vice-Chancellor’s Office’s web portal interface: Applying changes to the Vice-Chancellor’s Office’s portal and establishing direct connection to the University’s portal for resolving potential problems and offering suggestions
  2. The Vice-Chancellor’s Office’s automation interface: Organizing office automation, creating and removing staff digital dashboards, putting various forms in specified places, reporting existing automation problems to the university, resolving problems found in staff digital dashboards and training them to work with the correspondence dashboard
  3. Network interface: Managing and supporting the internal network, and resolving potential problems associated with the Vice-Chancellor’s Office’s internal network
  4. Hardware interface: Conducting needs assessments prior to purchasing new systems, installing operating systems and various software, and visiting systems periodically in order to upgrade and resolve existing problems
  5. Assessing hardware and software requirements of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office and exchanging correspondence with different companies to purchase necessary software and hardware systems
  6. Providing solutions and suggestions (using technology-based analyses) to relevant vice-chancellor’s offices and universities in order to improve and facilitate activities
  7. Cooperating with different offices in order to conduct applied research
  8. Fostering suitable software and hardware environments to facilitate the activities of various management units
  9. Training staff on how to use relevant software and apps
  10. Monitoring staff when entering into administrative correspondence (office automation) and providing them with necessary training
  11. Resolving hardware and software problems
  12. Making backup of available databases and resolving potential problems
